- All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳)
- Payment must be completed before service activation
- Accepted payment methods: bKash and Nagad
- Every payment must include a valid Transaction ID
3. Refund Policy
We offer refunds for new subscriptions under our official policy.
A minimum base fare of 100 Taka will be deducted from the refundable amount to cover processing and advertisement costs.
How to Request a Refund

- Provide the reason for requesting a refund
Refunds are processed within 0–5 business days.
Refund Calculation
Refunds are issued proportionally based on remaining subscription days:
Refund Amount = (Adjusted Price ÷ Total Subscription Days) × Remaining Days
Note: Refunds may be denied in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.
4. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- System upgrades
- Unforeseen technical issues
Advance notice will be provided when possible.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not share your subscription with unauthorized users
- Avoid actions that may affect platform performance or security
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
